Last updated Feb 28, 2025
Prerequisites
To start benefit from the Process Tracking Service you need to meet the following requirements.
-
Upgrade Studio to the latest version: https://download.uipath.com/UiPathStudioCloud.msi. Refer to the Studio user guide and Release Notes for more information.
-
Make sure the Robot version is the same as the Studio version.
Note: Process Tracking only works with the Studio Modern Design Experience.
The following activity packages enable out-of-the-box process tracking.
Note:
For new automations, start with these versions from the beginning, for existing automations upgrade the packages to the specified versions.
- System Activities - use UiPath.System.Activities.25.2.1 or newer
- Integration Service Activities - use UiPath.IntegrationService.Activities.1.11.0 or newer
- Persistence Activities - use Persistence.Activities.1.5.16 or newer
- Document Understanding activities - use UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities.6.23.4 or newer
- Microsoft 365 activities - use UiPath.MicrosoftOffice365.Activities.2.9.11 or newer
- Google Workspace activities - UiPath.GSuite.Activities.2.8.25 or newer
Note: After the activity packages are upgraded, automations need to be republished to Orchestrator and the new versions need to
be run several times before you can create a Process Optimization app based on the process.
