Create Individual Lead

Description

Create an individual lead not associated with any company in SAP Cloud for Customer.

Configuration

Connection ID - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the dropdown menu to choose, add, or manage connections.
Name - Name of the individual lead. This field supports String type input.
Individual last name - Last name of the individual lead. This field supports String type input.
Individual first name - First name of the individual lead. This field supports String type input.

Manage Properties

Use the Manage Properties wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Show additional properties (in Studio Web).

Additional properties

Source - The origin or source of the lead such as Campaign, Deal Registration, Roadshow etc. Select an option from the available dropdown list. This field supports String type input.
Category - The category of the lead such as Prospect for Consulting, Prospect for Product Sales etc. Select an option from the available dropdown list. This field supports String type input.
Email - Email address of the lead. This field supports String type input.
Phone - Phone number of the lead. This field supports String type input.
Individual address line 1 - Street address of the individual lead. This field supports String type input.
Individual postal code - Postal code of the individual lead. This field supports String type input.
Individual Account city - City of the individual lead. This field supports String type input.
Individual Account country - The country of the individual lead. This field supports String type input.
Note - Any additional notes of the individual lead. This field supports String type input.
Owner party ID - The owner of the lead. Type up to three characters of the name to find the system user (owner) in the available dropdown list or enter a user/owner party ID. This field supports String type input.
Qualification - The qualification of the lead such as Hot, Cold or Warm. This field supports String type input.
Campaign object ID - The campaign associated with the lead. Type up to three characters of the name to find the campaign in the available dropdown list or enter a campaign ID. This field supports String type input.
Status - The status of the lead, such as open, qualified, etc. Select an option from the available dropdown list. This field supports String type input.
