Replace Contact

Description

Replace an existing contact in Oracle Eloqua.

Configuration

  • Connection ID - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the dropdown menu to choose, add, or manage connections.

  • Contact - Type up to three characters of the email address to select the contact from the available drop-down list or enter a custom contact ID. This field supports String type input.
  • Email address - The email address of the contact. This field supports String type input.
  • First name - The first name of the contact. This field supports String type input.
  • Last name - The last name of the contact. This field supports String type input.
  • Business phone - The business phone of the contact. This field supports String type input.
  • Title - The title of the contact. This field supports String type input.
Manage Properties

Use the Manage Properties wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Show additional properties (in Studio Web).

Custom fields, i.e. account specific fields (to capture custom data), are supported and can be accessed under customFields.

  • Address - The address of the contact. This field supports String type input.
  • City - The city of the contact. This field supports String type input.
  • Sales person - The sales person of the contact. This field supports String type input.
Output
  • Contact ID - The ID of the contact. Automatically generated output variable.
  • Contacts - Automatically generated output variable.
