Description

Create a contact in SAP Cloud for Customer.

Configuration

Connection ID - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the dropdown menu to choose, add, or manage connections.
Last name - The last name of the contact. This field supports String type input.
Account object ID - Type up to three characters of the name to find the account in the available dropdown list or enter an account object ID. This field supports String type input.
First name - The first name of the contact. This field supports String type input.
Email - The email of the contact. This field supports String type input.

Manage Properties

Use the Manage Properties wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Show additional properties (in Studio Web).

Additional properties

Phone - The business phone of the contact. This field supports String type input.
Mobile - The mobile phone of the contact. This field supports String type input.
Business address street - The street address of the contact. This field supports String type input.
Business address postal code - The postal code of the contact. This field supports String type input.
Business address city - The city of the contact. This field supports String type input.
Business address country - The country of the contact. Select the country from the available dropdown list. This field supports String type input.
Title - The job title of the contact. This field supports String type input.
Status - The status of the contact: Active, Blocked, Deleted, In preparation, Obsolete. Select an option from the available dropdown list.
