Create Contact

Description

Create a new contact in Freshsales.

Configuration

  • Connection ID - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the dropdown menu to choose, add, or manage connections.

  • Email - The email of the new contact. Provide either the email address or the mobile number. This field supports String type input.
  • Mobile number - The mobile number of the new contact. Provide either the mobile number or the email address. This field supports String type input.
  • First name - The first name of the contact. This field supports String type input.
  • Last name - The last name of the contact. This field supports String type input.
  • Sales owner ID - Start typing the email of the user who's been assigned the contact to retrieve it from the available dropdown list. This field supports String type input.
Manage Properties

Use the Manage Properties wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the Properties panel (in Studio Desktop) or under Show additional properties (in Studio Web).

Additional properties
  • Account ID - The account associated with the contact. This field supports String type input.
  • Job title - The job title of the contact. This field supports String type input.
  • Status ID - Select the status of the contact from the dropdown list. This field supports Int64 type input.
  • Lead source ID - Select the source of the lead. This field supports Int64 type input.
  • Territory ID - Select the territory of the lead from the dropdown list. This field supports Int64 type input.
Output
  • Contact ID - The ID of the new contact. Automatically generated output variable.
  • Contact - Automatically generated output variable.
