4506T - document type

Overview

IRS Form 4056-T is used to request tax return information. 4506-T is filed by taxpayers to request full copies of the income tax documents and 4506-C for transcripts of the same documentation.

This Document Understanding^TM skill can extract up to 22 fields.

Particularities

The model automatically detects data such as:

Name, Address, SSN of the Taxpayer/Spouse,
Transcript request specification, Year/Requested Period,
Signature Date, Title, Phone Number.
