About the Microsoft 365 activity package
Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based subscription service that brings together the best tools for the way people work today. By combining best-in-class apps like Excel and Outlook with powerful cloud services like OneDrive and SharePoint, Microsoft 365 lets anyone create and share anywhere on any device.
The Microsoft 365 activity package gives you the ability to automate interactions with Microsoft 365 applications. Integrating with the Microsoft Graph API, the activities enable your Robots to:
manage OneDrive and SharePoint files
manage SharePoint lists
create and edit Excel workbooks
search and send Outlook emails
manage Outlook calendars
trigger automations when certain events happen.

The Microsoft 365 package includes three types of activities:

1Starting with version 2.5.5, you can use these activities and triggers with the classic authentication methods, inside the Microsoft 365 Scope activity.
Before you start your first project, read the How to connect guide, to understand the differences between authentication options, automation scenarios, and what permissions you need to grant.
After you determine your use case, complete the steps in the Setup guide:
- If you want to use Integration Service, refer to Set up Integration Service connectors.
- If you want to use a classic Azure app, refer to Set up your Microsoft 365 Azure application.
After you complete the setup, take
a look at some examples:
