Platform units calculus example
This example demonstrates how to calculate platform units requirements for different types of cloud robots (VM and Serverless) across three tenants within an organization. It considers number of machines, usage time, and platform units rates for each type of cloud robot. The total cost is calculated for a Production environment.
Let's understand the consumption meter for cloud robots:

Automation Cloud™ Robots - VM: These machines consume a fixed number of platform units per month per machine. In this example, one VM Standard machine consumes 1,200 platform units/month.

Automation Cloud™ Robots - Serverless: These machines consume platform units based on their estimated duration and machine size. The cost is calculated per minute. In this example, a Medium serverless machine was negociated at 0.8 platform units/minute.
