Managing Transactions
In the Queues page, select More Actions, then select View Transactions. Next, the Transactions page is displayed, containing only the items from the indicated queue.
Information stored in queue items is displayed in Orchestrator, in the Transaction Details window, under Specific Data. Additionally, if the item failed and was retried, the history of the item is displayed in the same window.
To view the Transaction details select the row corresponding to the desired transaction, then select More Actions, and then View Details for a specific transaction. The details are initially rendered as a side panel, which can be either resized or expanded to a full-sized window, with the transaction reference in the breadcrumbs.
The transaction details panel contains the following tabs:
- Details - enables you to view the exact information added to a transaction, as well as the statuses it went through, and the number
of times it was retried.
These are the data limits for the fields on this tab:
- Specific data - 256,000 characters
- Output data - 51,200 characters
- Analytics data - 5,120 characters
- Exception reason - 102,400 characters
- Exception details - 102,400 characters
- Progress - 104,857 characters
Note: You can find out more about this in the dedicated Large data fields section of the API guide. - Comments - enables you to view and add transaction-related comments in case you need to share information about a specific transaction with your teammates. All the users with View, Edit, and Delete permissions on Queues and Transactions can add, edit, or remove comments, respectively, however, keep in mind you can make changes to your own comments only.
- History - enables you to see what action was performed by who, see who the reviewer is and what the review status is.
To view transaction-related job details, select More Actions, then select View creator job or View executor job.
A queue item occurs based on when the job created it or started processing it. Once the queue item is created, it stores the job information in one of the following fields:
CREATORJOBID
- The job that created the queue item.EXECUTORJOBID
- The job that executes the queue item.
Transaction-related job details are initially rendered as a side panel, which can be either resized or expanded to a full-sized window, with the transaction reference in the breadcrumbs.
The job details panel contains the following tabs:
- Job details - enables you to view details about which process executed, its version, and state. It also displays runtime details such as when the job started and ended, what machine it executed on, what robot and account were used, as well as other details.
- Logs - enables you to find detailed information of a particular queue item, such as when the transaction executed and ended, along with a timestamp. The tab can also display the events that occurred when the job executed the queue item, depending on the logging level you set.

- Make the necessary changes and click Save Comment. Your modifications are saved.
