Real-time Monitoring Overview
In the Real-time Monitoring section there are three out-of-the-box templates: Real-time Processes, Real-time Queues, Real-time Machines. These templates allow for an in-progress view of Orchestrator entities with the ability to filter for any folder, process, machine name or queue name. This way you can have an in-depth view of your Orchestrator jobs, queues and machines in any status. The advantage of Real Time Monitoring is that data from jobs, queues and machines have a latency of aprox 1 minute instead of historical which is 15 to 30 minutes. The dashboard can show data for up to 30 days and data is refreshed automatically to display the most up to date information but if the time range is set to more than 4 hours, auto-refresh is disabled.
Complementary, there is also the ability to create and manage alerts, based on your custom trigger for Processes, Queues or Machines. After creating your specific alert, you, the group or the person selected will be alerted as soon as the trigger happens.
Organization or Insights admins have the ability to see the Real-time Monitoring tab, templates, and configure alerts.
Insights Real-time Monitoring displays data, processes, queues and folders from where you have access permissions to in Orchestrator.
For every widget available from all the dashboards, you can select the download button to export the data to a CSV file.
