Idea flow overview

The new Idea Flow Customization feature allows you to personalize your idea flow to meet your unique needs. You can change the title, select assessments that align with your concept, adjust their sequence, and control their visibility at each stage to create a flow that perfectly fits your requirements.

This suite of enhancements introduces the idea flow editor, redesigned assessment visibility controls, a new idea access page options, and improved permission management.

The Idea Flow Editor, allows you to shape the phases, statuses, and transitions of your idea flows according to your specific needs. With this editor, you can effortlessly customize the entire lifecycle of an idea, from inception to execution. Modify existing phases, fine-tune status settings, and manage transitions seamlessly.

The new Assessment Visibility section lets you determine which assessment types are essential for each flow. With the ability to specify versions and visibility phases, you gain granular control over the evaluation process.

Effortlessly manage user permissions with the Idea Access page. This page centralizes the administration of user editing rights for every aspect of the Automation Profile (About, Documentation, Cost Benefit Analysis, etc).

The Customizable Idea Flow feature brings about an evolved permission management system that offers a comprehensive view of each role's capabilities. Quickly comprehend the actions each role can perform at the level of each idea flow.
