Limitations
The current known limitations of agents are as follows:
- For processes used as tools in Agents, only certain types are supported. For details, refer to the Processes section.
- Only a subset of Studio Web activities are accessible directly from Agents. For details, refer to the Tools section. If you want to use a specific activity, you can create a process containing that activity and deploy it, then use the process as a tool in your agents.
- Escalations are supported through Action Center, and they currently support only users, not user groups.
- Agent templates are available only in English.
