Data Service supports role-based record access, allowing you to restrict access to specific records in your Data Service entity.

When you enable role-based record access in an entity, Data Service assigns the record owner role and the read, edit, and delete ownership access level to your entity. The record owner role specifies the user or group who owns the record.

As an improvement, you can now reassign ownership over specific records within when you edit or create an entity.

Use the record owner role in conjunction with the read, edit, reassign, and delete access level to manage granular permissions in your entities.

Multi-line text, a new entity field type, is used to store a larger amount of text on multiple rows.
