You can now enable attachment syncing at mailbox level on an Exchange integration. Check the Using Exchange Integrations page for more details.

Once the integration is enabled, it will start syncing attachments. However, this will not apply to historical messages that were already uploaded to Communications Mining. The streams API then makes the attachments retrievable via an attachment reference. Learn more about the attachments in the Attachments and Comments pages.

The Get Attachments activity for retrieving attachments is currently in public preview. Check the Preview activities page for more details.
