Managing Transactions
In the Queues page, select More Actions, then select View Transactions. Next, the Transactions page is displayed, containing only the items from the indicated queue.
Information stored in queue items is displayed in Orchestrator, in the Transaction Details window, under Specific Data. Additionally, if the item failed and was retried, the history of the item is displayed in the same window.
To view the Transaction details select the row corresponding to the desired transaction, then select More Actions, and then View Details for a specific transaction. The details are initially rendered as a side panel, which can be either resized or expanded to a full-sized window, with the transaction reference in the breadcrumbs.
The transaction details panel contains the following tabs:
- Details - enables you to view the exact information added to a transaction, as well as the statuses it went through, and the number of times it was retried.
- Comments - enables you to view and add transaction-related comments in case you need to share information about a specific transaction with your teammates. All the users with View, Edit, and Delete permissions on Queues and Transactions can add, edit, or remove comments, respectively, however, keep in mind you can make changes to your own comments only.
- History - enables you to see what action was performed by who, see who the reviewer is and what the review status is.
- Click the corresponding More Actions button and select Edit.
- Make the necessary changes and click Save Comment. Your modifications are saved.
- Hover over a transaction item that has a reviewer assigned, and click More Actions > Assign Reviewer. The Assign Reviewer window is displayed.
- Clear the Reviewer field.
- Click Assign. The item is updated and the reviewer is no longer displayed.
Alternatively, to clear the reviewer from multiple items:
- Select multiple items that have a reviewer, and click Assign Reviewer. The Assign Reviewer window is displayed.
- Clear the user in the Reviewer field.
-
Click Assign. The item is updated and the reviewer is no longer displayed.
Note: The reviewer cannot be changed after the revision status of the assigned transaction item was modified to either In Review,Mark as Verified,Retry Items or Remove.
