Raising an Incident Case

To raise an incident case:

  1. Go to the Support tab and then go to the Incident Cases section.
  2. Click the Create New Case button.
  3. When you finish the case creation process, your case is automatically sent to a UiPath agent.


Raising a Premium Care Ticket

To raise a Premium Care ticket:

  1. Go to the Support tab and then go to the Premium Care section.
  2. Select Add New Request.
