Working Inside the Knowledge Tab

Searching for Materials

To search for materials, use the Search here bar, inside the Knowledge Base section.

To navigate to the Knowledge Base section, click here.

Searching for Articles

To search for articles, use the Search here bar, inside the Technical Solution Articles section.

To navigate to the Technical Solution Articles section, click here

Searching for Products

To search for specific products and versions, use the Search here bar, inside the Product Downloads section.

Sorting Products

You can sort products inside the Product Downloads section, based on Recently Created and Recently Updated products.

To sort products, click the downward arrow next to Sort By and click a sorting option.

Downloading Products

To download a product:

  1. Go to the Product Downloads section.
  2. Hover over a product frame and click the downward arrow docs image.
  3. Click the download docs image icon next to the version of the product that you want to download.

Accessing Release Notes

To access the Release Notes for a product:

  1. Go to the Product Downloads section.
  2. Hover over a product frame and click the downward arrow docs image.
  3. Click Release Notes next to the version of the product that you are interested in.

To navigate to the Product Downloads section, click here
