Publishing a Live - In Production Automation Idea
Automation Hub User Guide for Public Sector
Last updated Oct 15, 2024
Publishing a Live - In Production Automation Idea
Any Idea from Automation Hub that has the status “Live - In Production” can be published to the Automation Store.
You need to start by identifying the Idea in the Explore Automation Program.
Once you open the Automation Profile, you will see the Publish button available.
If the source of the idea is not Citizen Development driven, you will need to add the following information related to post-automation data.
The information is optional and if filled, it will show up in the Automation Store profile.
In the slide out, you will find all the
nugpkgs
attached to the Automation. You have the option to select from an existing nugpkg
or add a new one.
The Add new option will allow you to attach a new
nugpkg
to the Automation.
Only
nugpkg
can be attached using the Upload option.
By clicking the Publish button, you will publish the Automation to the Store. This means that the selected
nugpkg
will be associated with the Automation and this will be important for the consumption part, when the user will want to GET
the Automation.
The automation will now be available in the Automation Store for large consumption.
