About the SAP Cloud for Customer Connector

SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) is a cloud CRM that enables sales representatives to interact with customers in more meaningful ways and develop strong personal connections that allow for improved engagement across all the communication channels.

Important: SAP Cloud for Customer (Legacy) is also available in the connector catalog. This is an outdated connector that doesn't support all objects or events. To get the latest updates and support for all objects and events, use the new SAP Cloud for Customer connector.

You need your SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) account information to add an instance.

Events

The SAP Cloud for Customer connector supports events via polling. More information about the events supported for the SAP Cloud for Customer connector is available in the SAP Cloud for Customer events page.

You can use the connection to enable the SAP Cloud for Customer activities in in UiPath® Studio and build automations that interact with your SAP Cloud for Customer data.
