While using the Document Understanding framework, usage and performance data are being collected to help diagnose issues and respond in a timely manner to customer support requests.
Depending on the type of license used to perform the operations, specific, different legal agreements are in place for the Document Understanding Community and Document Understanding Enterprise users.
All Document Understanding Community legal requirements of data sharing/handling are covered by the Community Agreement, while the ones for Document Understanding Enterprise are covered by the Master Software and Service Agreement (MSAA).
